Our 8 oz luxury coconut wax blend candles are hand-poured into the Sensual Candle Co. signature matte black container with our unique wooden wicks and packaged in soft cotton velvet bags.

To get the most out of your candles, you must take great care of them.

DO trim the wooden wick to 1/8” before lighting
DO burn your candle long enough so the wax pool melts to the edge of the container
DO NOT burn more than 4 hours
DO between uses snap off any ash or burnt wood along the top edge of the wooden wick
DO remove any wick debris from the candle before lighting
DO read the warning label
DO reuse the container

Sensual Candle Co. accepts orders 24/7 and we ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays.

Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail from Miami, FL. USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 3-4 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, USPS may experience delays. These delays are out of our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. After placing your order, processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Please note transit time doesn't include our order processing time. These days are in addition to the transit time. As soon as your candle(s) ship, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Rates

All domestic orders over $100 will received free shipping via USPS Priority.

All other orders will pay a flat rate which is provided once you provide your shipping address in the checkout. All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express.

Sensual Candle Co. currently ships to all 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping FAQs

Having problems with tracking?

We hate when that happens! Sometimes it can take USPS 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, shoot us an email at hello@sensualcandle.co and we will look into it.

Can I edit my shipping address?

If you order has not shipped yet, please email us at hello@sensualcandle.co. If you order has shipped, we can't change the shipping address. However, you can contact USPS and request a package intercept. There's no guarantee. You will be responsible for any fees associated with intercepting your package. Sensual Candle Co. is not responsible for packages being delivered to the incorrect address due to the wrong address or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to the inability to deliver, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the package back to you.

My package was lost or stolen. What now?

We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but its appears the package may have actually been stolen. We send emails to let the customer know when the package is out for delivery. It is your responsibility to retrieve your package.

MAGNIFICENT!

Honestly, not one to write reviews just as I don’t read them in making choices of and on my own. I was given a birthdate gift card 2 years ago and have not purchased another candle from any other place since. The wood wick crackling slightly and the scent of these candles has changed my overall view. There “Sensual”, literally. And they last a very long time. I’ve not ever purchased just one, I must have one in every room because of my own personal taste and from the scent you smell while there not burning. I highly recommend which says a lot because those who know me are aware that I’m particular, precise and poignant. The newest Collaboration ‘143 Moniomi’ should be illegal. Try it and Thank Me later. You are very Welcome in Advance!

I received my dual set of shai and femme candles and they smell absolutely amazing! They have a beautiful sleek look, go perfect with my decor! Will definitely be purchasing these as a staple I’m my home continually!

Shai is… OMG!

I absolutely LOVE Shai. It’s so sexy and warm and inviting. I was not a fan of Femme at all. It reminded me of a Candy I tried as a kind that has that sickly sweet smell. While I’m not saying it stinks (because it absolutely doesn’t), I just personally wasn’t a fan. I did reach out to exchange Femme for Shai and the owner offered to replace the candle free of charge and allowed me to regift Femme (I paid for the third candle as I didn’t want to take advantage of a fellow maker just because I didn’t like something and their kindness about the situation made me feel compelled to do so)

Favorite candles

We love everything about these candles!!! The scents are great and the wooden wicks provide a great subtle background sound - like a small flickering fire). We’ve reordered 3 times already!

Hand-Poured in Miami

We hand-pour and hand label every candle in Miami, FL. We make everything in small batches so we're really able to pay attention to the quality of every single candle.

Coconut Wax Blend

Coconut wax is made from the meat of the coconut (organic, renewable, no pesticides) and then blended with other vegetable waxes to create a nice creamy blend.

Reuseable Packaging

Our candle glass can be cleaned out (Make sure to remove all wax and wash in warm water and soap.) and reused as a drinking glass, planter, or knick knack holder. Reuse our velvet bags for makeup storage, personal care items, etc.
